Chinese Official Mahjong
This is our Chinese Official Mahjong (MCR) training table. It already uses 144 tiles, exposes and replaces Flowers and Seasons, and enforces the eight-point win gate. The full 81-element competition scorer and its exclusion rules are still in development, so this page must not be used as a tournament adjudicator.

Cómo jugar
- Standard four-player mahjong: draw, discard, and build four sets plus a pair.
- Reveal every Flower or Season immediately in the Flower area, then take a replacement from the back of the wall.
- A hand must be worth at least eight qualifying points before it can be declared. Flower points do not meet that gate on their own.
- The current scorer covers only a training subset; use the result to learn the turn flow, not to certify a competition score.
Consejos de estrategia
- Treat this build as a practice table while the official 81 scoring elements are being added.
- A hand one tile from complete but below eight qualifying points is not a legal win; keep improving its scoring structure.
- When the full scorer arrives it will explain included and excluded elements, rather than simply adding every visible pattern.
Preguntas frecuentes
Why can I not declare a win on a complete hand?
Chinese Official requires eight points minimum. If your completed hand scores less, the win cannot be declared and play continues.
Is the scoring here complete?
No. This training version implements the 144-tile and Flower replacement flow plus an initial scoring subset. The complete official 81-element table and its exclusions are still being implemented.
